2. Payments: All projects require an advance payment as agreed upon before commencement. Remaining balances are due as per the project milestones or upon completion. Payments are accepted through Razorpay or other specified methods.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely inputs, content, approvals, and other required resources. Delays from the client’s end may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property: All design and development work remains the property of Tratakaa Solutions LLP until full payment is received. Post-payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client as per the agreed scope.

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee third-party platform performance (e.g., ad platforms, hosting).

6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of our work. No refunds are applicable in such cases.
