Return & Refund Policy

At Tratakaa Solutions LLP, we strive to deliver quality services in digital marketing, branding, and web development. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested. This policy outlines the terms under which such requests will be handled.

1. Eligibility for Refund:
• Refunds are only considered if the project has not yet been initiated or significant work has not been delivered.
• A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:
• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or work in progress.
• Domain registration, hosting charges, advertising budgets, and third-party software/tool costs are non-refundable.
• Delays caused due to client-side inaction, content delay, or scope changes will not qualify for a refund.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Clients can cancel a project in writing. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Work completed until the date of cancellation will be billed.

4. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited via the original mode of payment.
